Our Programs

Viking Early Education Center offers a unique combination of after-school care and Tutoring Programs.

At Viking Early Education Centre, we offer an after-school program that caters to the diverse needs of busy families and their children. Our unique program is created around the combination of an intensive tutoring program and a blend of safe, nurturing General After-School Care. Our academically enriching tutoring experiences are designed to support and advance each child's learning journey.

General After-School Care Program

Our general after-school care is ideal for families seeking a safe, engaging, and relaxing environment for their children post-school hours. This program provides a comforting space where kids can unwind from their school day. It includes a variety of activities such as free play, arts and crafts, outdoor recreation, and quiet time for relaxation or light reading. This unstructured, child-led approach allows children to socialize, develop interpersonal skills, and engage in creative pursuits at their own pace, fostering a sense of independence and self-expression.

Grade-Specific Tutoring and Homework Programs

For parents looking to enhance their child's academic performance, we offer specialized, grade-specific tutoring and homework programs. This structured program consists of 3 hours of daily tutoring, providing focused academic support in all key school subjects. Our experienced tutors work closely with each child, offering personalized assistance tailored to their specific needs, be it reinforcing classroom learning, diving deeper into challenging topics, or advancing ahead in the curriculum.

The tutoring sessions are meticulously planned to align with the child's grade level and learning objectives, ensuring that the content is relevant and effective. Homework assistance is also a crucial component of this program, where tutors help students understand and complete their school assignments, fostering better comprehension and academic skills.

Flexibility and Choice

Understanding the varied needs of families and children, Viking Early Education Centre offers the flexibility for parents to choose the program that best fits their child’s requirements. Whether it’s the more relaxed pace of our general after-school care or the structured academic focus of our grade-specific tutoring program, parents can select the option that aligns with their child’s needs and their family’s schedule.

Ensuring Academic Excellence and Personal Growth

Both programs aim to keep children safe and engaged after school and contribute to their overall development. The tutoring and homework program particularly ensures that children keep up with their schoolwork and excel in their academic pursuits. Meanwhile, our general after-school care offers a broad range of activities that contribute to the children's physical, social, and emotional well-being.

At Viking Early Education Centre, we are dedicated to providing an enriching after-school experience that balances academic support with the joys of childhood, ensuring that each child leaves our center fulfilled, happy, and prepared for the challenges of the next school day.

Combined with Regular After-School Care

Beyond the structured tutoring programs, Viking Early Education Centre offers a comprehensive after-school care program. Post-tutoring, children have the freedom to engage in various activities, both indoors and outdoors. This part of the day is less structured, allowing kids to unwind through free play, recreational sports, arts and crafts, or simply relaxing and socializing with peers. This balance ensures that children receive academic support and enjoy well-deserved leisure and playtime, which is essential for their overall well-being and development.

Our approach is to create a harmonious blend of structured learning and free play, providing a comprehensive after-school experience that meets the educational needs while respecting the holistic development of each child. Parents can tailor their child's involvement in the tutoring programs, ensuring that each child's after-school experience at Viking is enriching, enjoyable, and perfectly suited to their individual growth and happiness.
