Ways To Pay
Payment Options for Your Convenience
At Viking Education Center, we strive to make the payment process as seamless as your child's learning experience. Payments are due and will be billed after the lessons at the end of each month. Here are the ways you can pay for our subscription plans and individual sessions:
Automated Credit Card or Bank Withdrawal (Preferred): We recommend setting up automated payments through your credit card or bank account for your convenience. This ensures uninterrupted access to our tutoring services and eliminates the hassle of manual payments. Plus, it's secure and efficient.
Online Payment Portal: Access our online payment portal to make one-time payments for individual sessions or to manage your subscription. We accept all major credit cards.
In-Person Payment: While we encourage using our automated or online payment options, we understand that some families may prefer to pay in person. Please visit our center during business hours to pay by cash, check, or credit card.
Phone Payments: If you prefer to pay over the phone, our friendly staff is here to assist you. Call our office during business hours, and we'll process your payment securely.
